Blue sky thinking

Experience has taught me that Lloyds TSB rarely pays a compensation claim. It prefers to wait until a customer dies and the problem goes away.

Perhaps they will change their views if other banks and corporate customers complain when their revenue is eroded. Ideas will dawdle on this blog for twenty-one days before action is taken elsewhere.
